I love Foxcroft blouses and was pleased to see the many choices offered by Sue Patrick's on-line. When I placed my order on-line, I found that the site was not secure--no lock in the corner. So, I called the toll-free number listed on the webpage, expecting the friendly service that the webpage promised. I was given anything but that. Shelly, who answered, was quite put out that I wasn't ordering on-line. When I told her I didn't feel comfortable ordering because it didn't appear to be secure, she snottily told me that it was very secure. When I told her I didn't see a lock in the corner to guarantee that, she grudgingly took my order without a please, thank you, goodbye, etc. Then, she called back the next day without even a hello to tell me that one of the shirts I ordered was not available. No goodbye either. Why the company would have someone like that representing them is beyond me. That combined with the lack of security on their site tells me I don't need to do any further business with Sue Patrick's. They obviously are not making wise decisions.

Their selection of UT apparel is outstanding and much better than other local shops that just have t-shirts and a few things that don't lend themselves to being feminine. Sue meets that need. I was in Austin last weekend for the UT football game and had a friend recommend Sue Patrick. I was very impressed with their array of UT merchandise, not to mention how helpful their sales staff was. There was a gentleman (Jay, I think) salesperson that introduced me to 2 brands I wasn't familiar with-French Dressing Jeans and Foxcroft blouses. I LOVE the jeans-the fit is fabulous and they have a huge variety of Foxcroft blouses. I'll definitely make it a stop on every Austin trip and will recommend it to all of my UT friends!

Sorry -- but every word is true. And it's worthy to note this was NOT a lady as the Sue Patrick defensive reply states, and absolutely NO refund was offered. If you're rude and get caught, at least own up to it. You have some nerve.... While they have decent items, the customer service is a nightmare. I don't want to say it's all of the workers because I don't know if it's true, but Jay, for example, is as rude as it gets. And unnecessarily so! When I missed a particular sale by a day, and couldn't get reimbursed for the sale price as in any other store in which I've ever shopped, I was told that they weren't going to pay the price for MY STUPIDITY.... My friends have had similar issues, and as in my case, will never shop there, again.
