They sold me a defective product and refused to let me exchange for a more expensive product. I spent several hundred dollars only to find out I'm SOL. The manager told me that he didn't care if I wrote a bad review because they've been in business for long, what's one bad review. How typical of a corporate chain. You'd be better off going to Oat Willie's or Planet K.
