From the time I picked-up the phone for an estimate to the time I returned my boxes, I had a FANTASTIC experience with Aloha Moving. Everyone at Aloha is professional and curteous. The 2 gentlemen that physically moved me were AWESOME. They were extremely hard-working and curteous throughout the entire day. And let me tell you, these guys can stack a storage locker like I've never seen! I had a great customer experience with Aloha and will DEFINITELY recommend Aloha to my friends and family!

Nick Cochrane is the owner and I had a great experience with him. He helped me get my daughter in-state-tuition, then he sold us a condo on 26th. The experience was spectacular. He had the inspector, mortgage company and title company. All I had to do is read reports and send my check. I suggest anyone looking for properties to buy to call Nick Cochrane. He also helps students get residency.

Dobie Center is a combination dormitory, shopping mall, and movie theater located right next to the UT Austin campus. It is a popular hang out. The dorm is very expensive and not really worth the money that they charge. The food in the mall is a nice change and the theater is nice when you want to get away once in a while. Overall rating is good.

These apartments are truly beautiful and have lots of extras that you don't normally find in apartments. There are little "nooks" for storing books or decorative items. There is crown molding. The kitchens have huge islands. The bathrooms have huge garden tubs. They also have balconies/patios and an additional storage closet. Each apartment also have an alarm system. The complex also has a lot of amenities including two pools, a business center (where you can use the internet, fax, print, and copy for free). They offer breakfast free two Saturdays a month. They also have a DVD/video and book library that you can borrow from. It's a great place to live!

I've used Kirk both as a buyer and seller. Both times he impressed me with his knowledge of the Austin market and his work ethic. I've never had an agent work as hard for me as Kirk did. He's also one of the nicest and most genuine people I've ever met. You won't find a better agent!?
