Having recently moved to Austin, I'm in search of good pizza -- VERY good pizza. And Saccone’s delivered -- figuratively and literally! I ordered "Dan's Special" and was very happy with the freshness of ingredients and the taste. I definitely plan to order again and try their other combinations!

Saconne’s Pizza is not a typical fast food pizza joint. Their pizzas are flavorful, good sized, and have plenty of toppings to choose from. My only complaint is that they are much more expensive than most other take out places. They do have a neat program where after a certain number of pizzas the next one is free. A good variety to the usual pizza places.

I'm a native of New Jersey, so I know about pizza. Saccone's is a real find here in TX. Its the only place in town I've found that makes an authentic tasting floppy East Coast style slice. By NYC/NJ standard this place would be just good, but compared to everything here in Austin it is outstanding.
Its an order at the counter kind of place and priced just a tad higher than it should be.

Don't get put off by the sharp humor or even what may seem like plain rudeness, that's just New Jersey style! Saccones will cook up a mean pizza that will knock your socks off. I hear their subs are delicioso as well!
Excellent meats and hand tossed dough cooked to greasy-pizza perfection. Don't go looking for a salad or health food, just plain pizza goodness.
