Routinely overbook and waits are generally 11/2 to 2 hrs. Impossible to communicate with and not responsive to patient needs. I tried for a week to get a pain prescription after an operation without success. Never again.

My daughter is currently a patient with Dr. Kimberly Keeland who works with Texan Eye Care at this location. My daughter has been her patient for 7 years when Dr. Keeland performed her first eye surgery on her tear ducts. We have always been treated kindly when we have our appointments and the office staff is very nice and upbeat. The location which is close to Barton Creek Mall is clean and comfortable. We never have to wait in the waiting room long and we are seen pretty quickly. I do sometimes feel like we are being rushed through the appointment so I have to make sure I make a list of questions to ask the doctor before we get in there or I'll forget.
