We would recommend Mark Orr at Colonial National Mortgage to anyone in the market for a home mortgage. He has shown us no less than a professional and honest business relationship. My husband has called him about refinancing our home in the past, and he would be upfront and tell us that we should wait. He was right! When we finally did refinance our home, the rates were incredible. He is very quick to return phone calls, should you happen to call when he is unavailable. He truly knows his business and will provide excellent service. To be quite honest, the entire office staff has always been friendly and helpful.
