We got an antique ring customized/replicated there, and it turned out great. They accomadated our tight schedule during the holidays, and fully met our expectations. They gift wrapped it and shipped it to my husband ASAP so he could surprise me on my birthday. My girlfriends and I went to this store on a Saturday afternoon together looking for diamond rings. We were pleasantly surprised at how great this store was! Immediately, they offered to clean my engagement ring and it wasn't even purchased at the store! They also had fresh margaritas for us and chips and salsa! They have the best selection of diamond rings I've ever seen! I am definitely going when it's time to look at wedding bands. And my girlfriends are all getting their boyfriends to go when it's time to shop for their engagement rings!

They cleaned my rings, checked my prongs and tightened my stone for no charge--while I waited. They were friendly, knowledgeable and their jewelry is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I plan to return. Pros: Ambience, Service, Location in Westlake Cons: Parking is a little tight at lunch

Sometimes great shops are right under your nose. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this store...great people. The folks at All About Diamonds are friendly and professional...no attitude what so ever. If you are looking for a nice local shop with quality product and service then check them out. I'm almost a little disappointed that I didn?t know they were there before I purchased my diamond ring. With that said though, they will be my first stop for any and all future jewelry needs. Pros: Fun staff, zero typical jewelry store attitude Cons: none

My husband and I returned from a trip to Sydney, Australia with a beautiful 13mm by 6mm semi-baroque South Sea Australian pearl. We bought the pearl loose and planned to have it set in a pendant when we returned home. We went to All About Diamonds with a picture of the pendant we wanted. Chris and Cyndy Kanning, the new owners, were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and eager to help. They researched existing settings but none were close to what I was looking for?a 14 karat white gold spiral pendant with inset pave diamonds. Mr. Kanning called to let me know that his jeweler, Benny, would create the pendant from scratch and the price was right. I absolutely adore the beautiful pendant that Benny created and set my peal in. Once the pearl and pendant were ready, Mrs. Kanning helped me to find the right chain to compliment my unique piece of jewelry. Benny?s workmanship is exquisite and the team at All About Diamonds is top notch. I am thrilled with my experience at All About Diamonds. Pros: Knowledgeable, courteous, unique, custom jeweler, great location, ambience, etc. Cons: none

I was just stopping in for coffee when I saw the staff putting the jewelry in the window. I had been admiring a pair of earrings for awhile and knocked on the door to see if I could come in (it was 9:35 and they don't open until 10). They let me in and immediately knew what I was looking for. They ended up suggesting a another pair that were better suited for my face/hairstyle AND they were cheaper!!!! I absolutely LOVE them and have received many compliments on them. I tell all my friends about my experience--no pressure, they really care about what is right for you and not how much money you spend--rare find!
