Dr.Jack Horton is a first class pediatrician, his practice is located in the Austin Regional Clinic on Brodie Ln..The staff at Austin Regional clinic is very friendly and the nurses work very hard to calm your child's fears. The one thing that sets Dr. Horton above all the rest is that he really listens to your concerns and gives you answers that you can understand. The only draw back is that this clinic is often very busy so it is hard to get in to be seen at the last minute.

It's not fancy but if you are looking a good walk-in clinic, this is it. I arrived at this clinic at around 5:30 p.m. expecting to be there for a while. There were various types of people waiting to be seen. The staff greets you and informs you of the costs (if you don't have insurance) right up front. I filled out the paperwork (two pages) and was called back to visit with doctor. I've been to doctor's offices where I've had appointments and waited a lot longer than I did at this clinic. I was really impressed how quickly I got "in and out" and the professionalism of the staff.

This optical and optometry office opened in 1999 and has been quickly becoming the most popular spot for unique frames and the best eye exams available. They use computers for prescription accuracy and disease checks (no dilation drops needed! Yay!) and the doctors are the nicest, down-to-earth docs I've ever met. The optician really knows his stuff and always remembers me and my taste in glasses. They also did LASIK for my roommate and she's thrilled. Check them out: www.starsinyoureyes.com.

Dr. Berger has always treated my family like family. She has always been there when we need to get in to see her. Dr. Berger has given quality care to myself and my family. Dr. Berger has respectful office staff. I highly recommend this office.

Jamba Juice has a great variety of smoothies. I am especially impressed by their lighter versions and the newer ones that are all fruit (allows you get five servings of fruit in one glass). They are rather expensive, however if you have one for breakfast or lunch, it's really not that much. They just opened a new branch near my office, and I'm very pleased.

I was referred to Dr. Bonasso by my regular dentist when I needed my wisdom teeth removed. The office staff set up a quick appointment for me, and I was in to see him within the week. The office staff processed all of my paperwork and checked all of my insurance information for me, and made it as painless as possible. Dr. Bonasso informed me of everything and took the time to explain things to me.

I totally disagree with the previous postings. I have been seeing Dr Matt for years and I think he is wonderful. I have had nothing but great service. Dr Matt and his staff have always been very informative, professional and friendly. The $15 sterilization fee is less than what I have been charged at previous offices. My last office's OSHA fee was $30. I don't mind paying the fee to see a great Dr. who has my best interest and care at heart. Thank you Dr. Matt and Team for all that you do. Keep up the great work!

Every pet owner needs to know where the closest Emergency Animal Hospital is. My own experience with this one is that they are extremely professional and have a very nice clinic. The only real drawback is the rear entrance and trying to get across the highway when you are coming from the south. It does add a few minutes onto the drive, and at times every second counts. I've been to this one twice for different pets. Hopefully, the one I have now won't have to go here for a v-e-r-y long time. Definitely recommend if you have a late night or sunday emergency.

I have had a positive experience with this clinic so far. Aside from the friendly staff, and great service (no waiting for more than 15 minutes), there is an after hours clinic open until 8:00 pm 7 days a week at the Far West clinic, and nurses available to answer questions 24 hours a day by phone. Really helps when you are a first time parent and are constantly needing answers about your baby.
Our whole family has their own primary care physician at this clinic. The pediatricians are outstanding - haven't met one I didn't like. There is, however, one doctor that I was not impressed with (Dr Merryman), but you will always have one in the bunch that you won't care for.
The only thing that I am unimpressed with is not being able to make a next day appointment. I have called several times to try and make an appointment for the next day, only to be turned down because most of their time slots are for same day appointments. That means you get to wait on hold the next morning for 10 minutes.
Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic.

Good: PA Hadley and his team at Victory Medical have earned my trust for the conscientious way in which they treated my sports injury. Instead of opting for a quick fix, Doc Hadley took the time to explain the alternatives, and thoroughly investigated the source of my pain. He has tremendous credibility, being a runner himself, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Victory Medical to my friends. Good job, Ralph!. Bad: It seemed to take a while to get preapproval from Champus for my procedures. I don't know if that's because the request wasn't mailed off in a timely manner, or if Champus just takes a long time to respond. Not a show-stopper, just a little irritating.. Improvements: I'd like to see email accounts for each provider, so I could know my request is going right to his desk instead of into a generic mailbox.. Other: These are great folks..
