I've only been there for breakfast, but they've always been great. The ginger pancakes are my favorite. They have everything on the menu that you'd expect to see on a diner menu, plus, of course (we are in Texas, after all), the Tex-Mex standards. If you decide on pancakes, they're happy to fill or top them with a fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries...) or chocolate chips, or all of the above, if you'd like.
The portions are large and the prices are good.
