It was a bit confusing how to figure out how to write this review and I almost gave up but I finally figured it out. I'd like to let everyone know that Dr. Henault is awesome. She helped me and my sister quit smoking. We both went at seperate times because we wanted to get the most benefit. It was super easy for both of us the quit the moment we walked out the door. I didn't even thing of smoking and my sister didn't either. Better than that we were able to go out for a drink (would have been a trigger is the past) and we both looked at each other and started laughing because even though we were both drinking a beer neither of us wanted to smoke. That's amazing. Pros: Great price and great service.

I've been struggling with my weight since I was about 15 years old and I've never been successful on any weight loss program in the past. I started this weight loss program about 2 months ago and I've lost 23 lbs so far and I'm sure I'll be able to reach my goal. This program probably worked so well for me because it wasn't just about the food for me. It was more about how I felt about myself. Keli helped me realize that I couldn't nurture or care for myself so I used the food to nurture and care for me. Specifically, I eat so much less than I used to, I make much better choices of food and the most important thing is that I don't obsess about food anymore. Before this program I was constantly thinking about food...even after I finished eating I was already thinking about what I was going to eat later that day. That's all changed! Now food is the farthest thing from my mind unless I'm actually hungry. I'm very pleased with this program and I would think it would be helpful for people who have been struggling with food like I have. Pros: Easier than any other weight loss program

I had an incident on a highway in California about 7 years ago and since that time I've been afraid to drive on the highway. Of course, this causes a great deal of problems in my life because I either have to take the long way via car or take a plane. My friends don't like driving with me because it takes so long. I had 3 sessions with Keli and my fear of the highway is totally gone. I'm amazed at how well this form of treatment works. After all these years of limiting my life I finally feel free. I was a bit leary about hypnosis because I thought it was al about mind control but my friend went to Keli to stop smoking a few years ago with great success so I figured if it would work for him maybe it could work for me. It did work for me too and I feel like a heavy load has been taken off my shoulders. Keli is the one who took the load off and I'm very appreciative. The sessions were very enjoyable and Keli's voice is "heavenly". Pros: I can drive without panic

I've been struggling with depression and low self esteem my whole life. Everybody in the family knows me as always feeling sad. One of the biggest problems I had was that I couldn't seem to move beyond my horrific past. It seems like I would always dwell on that and it would add to my bad feelings. No other therapy that I've tried in the past has ever worked for me. I was in counseling on and off about 9 years of my life and nothing ever seemed to help me feel "unstuck". I don't remember if I had 6 or 7 sessions with Kelli but they were very powerful and effective. Once we started working on my subconscious mind the changes started happening. It was easy for me to let go of the past and feel good about who I am. I've noticed that I not only feel happy most of the time, but I feel better about myself, have more energy and have clearer thinking. I wish that I had discovered hypnotherapy before now because if I had I would have had a better life. I am very grateful to Kelli and her high level of professionalism and skill. Pros: I really works

I've suffered from depression my entire life and have been on every antidepressant and mood stabilizer there is. Nothing ever helped me to balance my moods. Out of desperation I contacted Keli and she told me she could very likely help me. We worked on different things such as my self-esteem, my negative self talk, we healed the reason why I had the depression to begin with. I've had 5 sessions and have been doing great for over 2 months now. I've never had this kind of results. Even in the past, I had a psychologist for several years and I never seemed to get any better. My family enjoys being around me so much more and I enjoy being around my family now. Before I felt like they were always wearing me out. This type of therapy is truely unique and wonderful. I am now so much happier than I ever thought was possible. Pros: Cost effective Cons: None

Before I got married I was really fit and took great care of myself. Once I got married and had a child I just seemed to let everything slide, and I stopped exercising. No matter how many times I tried to get back into the swing of things I couldn't get myself motivated. A friend told me about great results he had received from hypnosis at this facility and since I'm a very open person, I was willing to give it a try. I'm very glad that I did because now I once again have a body that I can be proud of. Thanks to some really great hypnosis I went from being totally unmotivated to exercise to exercising 5 days a week at the gym. My energy level is back and I feel young again. I'm also sleeping much better at night too. I guess I'm too proud to tell my buddies about my great hypnosis experience but I hope that by me writing this that more people will be open to hypnosis. Which to me, it works so great that it's seems like magic. Keli worded it a little differently. She said that the hypnosis is not magic but that it has the ability to help people get in touch with the magic they have inside. Of course, these were not her exact words but I remember that I really liked what she said. Pros: It was easy to make the changes I wanted to make.

I sought Keli's services based on a referral from a friend. I was skeptical that hypnosis would help me because I had tried all kinds of medication and counseling without any results. I finally decided to stop taking all the tranquilizers and antidepressants my doctor gave me because they weren't working and they were making me feel worse. I went to see Keli because I was constantly having panic attacks and anxiety. I would wake up in the morning with a feeling of dread and felt like I was going to die. Throughout my day I would feel like I was going to nauseous , would always have to go to the bathroom, my heart would feel like is was going to come out of my chest, I had a burning feeling in my chest, and I was just constantly feeling like I was doomed. Plus, I could never sleep. I had no idea what the cause of the panic was. It just seemed to start 7 months ago for no reason. Keli explained to me that old information in my subconsious mind was being triggered and they she could easily help me. She was 100% correct! We did some work to "update" (her word) my subconscious mind and now all my symptoms are totally gone. I now wake up in the morning feeling calm and relaxed and I feel like I can handle anything that comes my way. My focus and concentration and sleep are really great as well. Also, if I get a negative thought it leaves my mind almost as quickly as it came which is nice. In the past, before doing hypnotherapy with Kelli, I would obsess about those negative thoughts and I wouldn't be able to get them out of my head no matter how hard I tried. I'm very grateful for Keli for her high level of compassion and skill. For anybody who is afraid of hypnosis all I can tell you is - don't be! It's very relaxing and enjoyable and you do know what's going on while it's happening. Trust me, it's not like you've seen in the movies. I really recommend Keli's services to anyone who's having a problem they can't resolve on their own. Thank you Keli! Pros: Less expensive than counseling and safer than medications.

I really can't believe how many different areas of my life have improved from just 4 hypnotherapy sessions! As a result of my 4 hypnosis sessions with Keli (who has an awesome voice). For the last 7 months I had experienced all kinds of problems because I found out my husband of 20 years was having an affair with a girl who was young enough to be my daughter! I couldn't sleep, I was depressed, I was having panic attacks and woke up every morning feeling really uptight and dreadful, plus I was thinking that I'd never find another man to love me. Basically, I felt unlovable. All of my symptoms are now completely gone and I'm so happy with the results of my hypnosis with Keli that I can't stop talking about it! I now sleep like a baby, wake up in the morning feeling awesome and excited for my day ahead, I'm happy and smile and laugh again, plus I now think that I'm pretty "hot stuff" and really think that I'll be able to find a great man when I'm ready. The hypnosis experience was awesome. Keli has a very soothing voice and she's very kind, caring, and really smart. I felt comfortable around her the moment I met her. As far as I'm concerned this has been one of the most positive and profound experiences of my life. I would highly recommend hypnosis with Keli for anyone who's having problems they can't seem to resolve on their own. As a side note there's another thing that I loved about Keli. She's what I'd call a minimalist. In other words, she doesn't push sessions on you and she won't have you go in to see her unless you absolutely need it. Unlike my psychotherapist Paula who I saw for years (without any improvements) and wanted me to be dependent on her, Keli is the absolute opposite. She promotes independence. In conclusion, I'd like to say that I did go see a hypnotist at a New Day Hypnosis several years ago for smoking. She was a nice girl but young and I did find her to be a bit judgemental. That's why I didn't return to a New Day. Pros: Professional and effective! Cons: I don't have the money to go every week for the rest of my life!

I've had to home school my 11 year old daughter for the last 3 years because she's had terrible stomach pain. Over the years I've brought her to 9 different medical doctors and 5 different counselors and nothing helped. She's been on 8 different medications - all of them made her sicker and didn't help her at all. A friend of mine told me about Keli and how much she had her helped so I called and made an appointment. My daughter didn't want to go see another "counselor" but I brought her anyway. When we arrived at Keli's clinic and she brought us back in her office, my daughter refused to look at or talk to Keli even though Keli was asking her questions. Then after a few minutes Keli started playing what she called the "magic mind game" with my daughter. After a few minutes my daughter was talking to Keli like she was an old friend. None of the 5 counselors that I brought my daughter to in the past had been able to "connect" with my daughter and they were never able to get my daughter to even talk to them. Keli is incredibly skilled in working with children. After only 2 hypnotherapy sessions my daughter stomach problems completely went away. My daughter now goes to public school and has no more stomach problems. I'm amazed and so happy! Keli's highly professional and is great with children. In my opinion she's a life savor because I was in my wits end with my daughter. I'll be forever grateful to Keli. Pros: Great with children
