Urban Dentistry

Good: Dr. Urban is great- in fact she is so sweet she asks you to call her Amy- the assistant is very quiet but super nice and when I had questions a couple of days later about a few thing I forgot- I called back and the office manager went over everything with me and worked out a great payment plan that works for me!!. Bad: NOTHING!- If you liek dogs ask to mee CHLOE- she is the office mascot- usually kept away in Dr. Urban office, but if you ask they will let her come out to the reception area and you can play with her- GREAT for me who is a little dental phobic, I totally relaxed while playing with her.. Other: They offer a free laser treatment for filling out a survey!! I have mine shceudle for next week I'll let you knwo how the laser spa side is!!. more

Good: Betty, their laser technician, is AMAZING. Her knowledge of my condition and recommendations for treatment was so helpful and comforting. We started treatment the same day I went in for my consultation which saved me time and made me feel like i wasn't being rushed out the door to get another patient in. I need a few more treatments to take care of my acne scars, but as soon as I am done with that I plan on have laser hair removal.. Bad: Everything was great.. Improvements: None. more
