This place is one of those fantastic stores you can spend hours in finding gifts for everyone on your list. The variety of items is amazing and many have a cool Texas twist. I've never had any problems with customer service either. This is definitely worth a visit if you are shopping for home items for yourself or gifts for other people.

I have been working with these guys to help me get rid of a few rats around our house. The guys have always been on time and here when they said they would. The receptionist that answerd the phone is very courteous and remembers who I am. I would definitely recommend these guys to get rid of your unwanted pests. They are more prefessional than their commercial makes them seem.

We use Drytex for work and they are always very professional and their work is great. Their turn around time is quick and they get in and out and leave a great clean carpet ! We just call Dry Tex and they are at the property in no time. They are reasonably priced ( better than the national chain companies ) and great to work with.

We use Clarke Kent at work for one of our plumbing services. They usually are very prompt and fix the problem the first time. The only complaint we would have is that they can be very expensive , at times, but it seems all plumbers are, so you can't do much about that. The technicians are very friendly and know what they are doing. Our tenants tell us they are very courteous when working in their homes and we appreciate that. We recommend them to all our owners.

We have been using John Wrigley for over a decade at work and just love him! He and his workers are always friendly and quick to get out to the AC calls we have with out tenants. John always gets the job done - especially in the killer Texas heat in summer. He is reasonably priced and we all use him on our personal homes, as well. He is one of the few technicians who isn't just trying to get you to buy a new AC unit - he will fix it and get it working and not try to sell you something you don't need.

We use I've Got it Maid for our cleaning service on our rental properties. They always get out to the property quickly and do a great job of cleaning. They are a small company, but work like they are a big company. They are locally owned and a Woman-Owned business. Their prices are very reasonable and competetive. They sometimes have to clean 5 units for us in a day and always do an excellent job.

We use Cowart for our garage door repairs on our rental properties. They always do good work and get it done quick. Although they are alittle pricey, the quality of the work makes up for the price. The will give you free estimates before doing the work, so at least you can price compare before comitting to them. We have been satisfied with their work and will continue to use them.
