In this day of complaints, I just wanted to say what a GREAT job your two technicans, Charles and Nick did. We have had three other companies come out and were never able to get a couple of stains out. Your techs were able to remove them and were very professional. I would highly recommend them at any time and will be having them back after Christmas for your tile/grout cleaning.

Mingo, James & Steve arrived promptly at my scheduled time, were very courteous & professional. My carpet & upholstery look great! Mingo gave me some advice about what to do next time my dog has an accident on the carpet (white vinegar & water). I will definitely call K & M again to clean my carpets in the future.
