A little over five years ago, Susan organized my office filing and reference systems. Susan patiently and with great focus, coached me into thinking in a more organized way, then put my current system together. Then she managed it for me in less than one day per week thereafter. She is honest, astute, caring and makes sure what she is doing is actually beneficial and working. She was also resourceful, creative and flexible when the system wasnt quite working the way it was intended. She believes in service and brings a sparkling enjoyment to her work.
