We strive for 100% member delight but that doesn't always happen. Our goal is to answer every call but sometimes call volume exceeds our member services staff but know we are truly here to serve you.
I thought it might be good to explain the two items raised.
The first relates to membership renewal. Unfortunately, there are times when notices and payments cross in the mail or a member uses the new member system rather than the renewal system . We call each person and fix the situation immediately.
As for insurance, we are not like AARP which is an insurance agency and can quote prices or like AMAC whose owner owns an insurance agency and has his insurance staff answer the phones. Generation America is totally independent and focuses on protecting seniors and fighting for them. We don't fight for your money.
