Aziz is a great place to go to relax. They have a huge variety of services from massage, hair, waxing, and facials. A wonderful treat is the full day of treatments. However, they can be a bit pricey but in my opinion they are well worth it. This is a perfect place to get gift certificates to for that special someone or just splurge on yourself and treat yourself to a phenomenal massage.

This was the first salon/spa I visited when I moved to Austin. I was less than impressed with the facility, the service, and the atmosphere. The woman at the front desk was pretty rude, and acted like answering my questions was a waste of her time. The facility itself was overwhelming and cramped, not relaxing at all. I was there for a bikini wax (which I had been doing for 5 years continuously, so this was not my first time) I specifically told the woman that I prefer hot wax, and sure enough she used cold. It was the most painful experience I have ever had and I cried the entire time. She did not appologize and when I spoke to the front desk about the situation, the refused to give me a discount or anything of the sort. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. There are plenty of other fabulous salons in Austin, don't waste your time as Aziz.

This place is great.......if you have the money to go in. You can have anything done, from a message, to a new hairdo, but they are pretty pricey. If you can find a coupon for it, than go for it. What is great is the relaxing massage or facials, nothing better than a full day of pampering yourself. Hey, it's nearly Christmas, why not ask for a gift certificate to Aziz, it would be well worth it.

I really enjoy the time I spend here, the reception area is very nice with trendy décor. I was afraid with a place this big the service wouldn’t be as personal, not so! I’ve never had any kind of experience here but great. The staff is professional and very, very friendly. You can tell they love what they do by their attitudes. The spa packages are great and those are on my Christmas list ‘hint, hint’. They also provide nail services, facial/skin rejuvenation, waxing and more.

I received a $40 gift certificate to this day spa and booked an appointment for a specialized facial service. I was surprised that the aesthetician was the owner herself! That was really neat. I was taken aback when she said she did not want to perform the procedure on me as she thought my skin was too young and "nice as it is". I was very appreciative of her honesty and glad she wasn't out just to make a quick buck. I give this day spa a "good" because they sell products with artificial ingredients and mineral oil, which are big no-nos if you want healthy skin.
