I am new to the Austin area and recently visited Aziz based on the recommendation of a work friend. I had my hair cut and colored with a few highlights and it turned out beautiful! The entire staff is warm and friendly. I have since gone for a manicure, pedicure, and a facial and again, everything was turned out perfect! I highly recommend this salon and have since told several friends to go, and they have had wonderful experiences as well.
Pros: Fun, friendly, highly trained, and professional staff....they also have their own parking and will pay for the meter if the lot is full

I have been going to Aziz for years for my haircut and beard/mustache trimming. My cut is consistently good and the fact that the offer free trims within two weeks makes my cuts last even longer. I recently went to Aziz for a massage due to some back pains. The massage therapist was professional and relieved a substantial amount of my pain. I will now be back not only for the cuts, but also the massage.

After a trip to a very pricey day spa in Big D, I headed south to Austin and discovered Aziz Salon and Day
Spa. No comparision. Much better service and the facial and massage left me feeling like a new woman.
I can't wait to go back. Going for the works, next time. I would recommend it to all, men and women alike.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They all really seem to go the extra mile to make sure you have
an enjoyable experience and they seem to enjoy pampering you. Now, who doesn't like to be pampered?

I was searching around to get my wife the perfect gift for mother's day. We have a four month old, so I wanted to make it really special considering she hasn't slept much in the past five months! A friend of mine said he gave his wife this gift card from Aziz that included all these services that I sometimes over hear my wife talking about wanting to her friends. So I figured why not try it out. The women that work at the reception desk were great, they gave me all these ideas of what she might like and how much things like shampoo and face soaps were in case she wanted to buy any I could just add it to the gift card. Needless to say, my wife was real happy. I think it might have been my best gift so far. She looked great when she came home too. From now on, she told me, whenever I don't know what to buy her, a gift to Aziz is great. I think her and some friends are going next month for a "girl's" day. Thanks Aziz you saved me and got my wife to remember what it feels like to relax.

I was curious to see how my favorite hair dresser was viewed by other people. I was disturbed by a review that someone made saying that she needed direction. That is not the case for me. In fact, it couldn't be farther from the truth. My son and I have been getting our hair done by Michelle for a couple years now. If she changes her place of work, we go right with her. She buzzes my sons hair and does an excellent job. My son absolutely adores Michelle. I look and feel so much better when Michelle gets done with my hair. She knows what looks good on me. We usually do a standard trim and dye and she adds streaks to my hair. I'm always complimented about my hair when she gets done with it. If I decide on something different, she gives me advice and does whatever I ask her to do. I highly recommend Michelle to anybody!

I got my wife a gift certificate from Aziz for her birthday this year. Everything was made real easy. I was able to order online, they sent it in the mail, and when my wife booked her appts they were able to accomidate her unique schedule. When she returned from her day at the spa she was glowing with excitment. That realy made my day. I will be doing this again next year.....guys....easy points!!!

I went in to have my hair done at Aziz one day and had this great new colorist, Holly. She did an amazing job on the cut and the color, which usually I have to see two different people for and that's so confusing. I decided when I was done to stick around and get a massage, which was absolutely amazing. When I got done I was absolutely in heaven. The girl who did my massage, Chandra, was so tiny, but had just the perfect technique and great pressure. I decided to go back the next week with my sister to get facials, since my experience before had been so great. We left feeling like we had the best skin ever... we had Hydrofacials and it was without a doubt an amazing service. I would definitely recommend this salon to any of my friends... for cut, color, massage, facials, the works. They're great at all of it!
Pros: A salon downtown with convenient parking? Almost unheard of! It was wonderful!

I have been going to Aziz now for over a year. I walk in and the front girls know my name and are always pleasant. They offer water, beer or wine, which is a bonus to me. Kristin has been cutting my hair and knows what I want; I sit and we talk while she works. I am male and was talked into having a facial by a friend, it was amazing! I didn't want to return to work afterwards, it was so relaxing. I have had other services from the spa and they were all wonderful and the staff was great. I would highly recommend to anyone, and have to many.

I recently went to Aziz for an all over color and haircut....Ashley Carter did a wonderful job. She was so friendly and my hair just looks wonderful. I also saw Chris for a facial and my brows. She was so comforting and relaxing, and somehow made waxing totally painless! I would definitely recommend going back for other services. If their nails and massages are as good as everything else, they'll be my new favorite place!!!
Pros: OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRLS!
Cons: NEED A NORTH LOCATION TO GO WITH SOUTH AND DOWNTOWN!
