i went to style america and i was thinking if i brought them a picture surely they couldnt mess up. first of all, she dismissed my picture and told me that she couldnt go by a picture! what? i told her then in my own words what i wanted done. she cut my bangs and i asked her to cut them shorter...she said to me."No you dont want to go any shorter you will be playing with them all day." what am i five? i wanted my hair colored like the picture but she couldnt do that either "that might be a wig. i cant do that if i dont know what it is" omg i was like forget the color. and it was not a wig it was a picture of my friend in louisiana. also the worst part is when she was cutting my hair she was insulting it the whole time. and i am not klidding. "do you use conditioner?" "your hair has so much breakage" " is it alwas like this" making faces at it in the mirror. i went in wanting to feel better about myself and i left feeling worse and had a bad hair cut. next time i am going to an upscale salon. i will save my money for 3 months if i have to.
