I use to go to River City Donuts since it was actually a Dunkin Donuts and let me tell you their recipe hasn't changed much. Their donuts are still dry and yucky. They're just as expensive as Krispy Kreme donuts, but are horrible. Not tasty at all. If you're looking for a yummy donut, don't go here. Also they don't take credit/debit cards.
