The BBQ at the County Line is very good. I personally have had better, but it's easily one of the best places in Austin to get BBQ. The downside is it can get expensive at times, although the portions are huge. This is a wonderful place to take visitors so that they can experience BBQ in Texas.

I must admit, I'm not much of a bbq person, but I love County Line because of their bread! Their bread is amazing. The only downside is that you have to pay for it. It's not complimentary like at other restaurants. The bbq is actually pretty good compared to other places in Austin. The parking can get tight especially on the weekends. The drive out there isn't that long, and it's plenty fun on windy 2222. It is popular, so expect to wait a little on the weekends.

You haven't had real BBQ til you've eaten at the County Line. Their BBQ was so delicious and the portions are really huge. This is good because it's a bit on the pricey side and the drive out there, is well, long. But if you're visiting Austin, you have to go to The County Line. They are also one of the many restaurants that EatOutIn delivers from.
