I first meet Danny when he was working for for another repair shop. Out of all the other mechanics working in that shop, I would always insist that Danny was the one assigned to work on my car. Why? Because Danny has always been honest and great at diagnosing, explaining and fixing car problems. We always know we can trust the experts at Tech One to fix any problems we have in a timely manner with fair and reasonable prices. They have fixed problems we encountered with other mechanics and they always communicate the repair estimates/expenses in a clear manner. I recommend their services to all of our friends and family. It is rare to find a auto repair shop that is honest, efficient, and able to repair and maintain a full range of vehicles. My family has five cars and we have been using Tech One exclusively for over seven years, for everything from major overhauls to the routine maintenance of my BMW X5. I have found Tech One to be honest and extremely capable in handling any job. They have saved us literally thousands of dollars over what we would have had to pay at the dealerships. Tech One is an honest and friendly place to go for automotive services. All the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service for example if you need to wait a while to have your vehicle serviced in their lobby you will find refreshments, television, and reading materials to pass the time. It's a down to earth kind of shop. They explain things to you in a way you can understand and they never seem to pressure you into doing something to your vehicle that is not necessary. And for the area the prices are very reasonable. I would highly reccomend using this shop for your vehicle needs.

I found Tech One Automotive listed as one of the shops in the State of Texas Inspection Emissions information sheet. I called a couple of shops and then called Tech One Automotive. After a brief conversation about my problem with not passing my emissions portion of my State Inspection, I made an appointment. The shop storefront was clean and I felt welcome from the time I walked in. They were very professional, courteous and very informative. Rarely have I felt so confident in leaving my vehicle for repairs with a new shop. The diagnostics and adjustments they made were enough to bring up my emissions to a passing level and they did everything in just a few hours and all for great price! I would recommend Tech One Automotive to anyone looking for an honest mechanic at a fair price. I was very pleased to find them and will definitely be bringing my '89 Toyota 4WD Pickup back to them when I need another repair.

I have been using Tech One for at least 6 years, we have 4 cars in our family and take them only to Tech One. Its worth the drive from Georgetown to get the cars fixed by truly proffesionals at a reasonable price. I trust them to take care of the cars that my wife and kids depend on. David and Danny always go over the repairs that my cars need in A way that I can understand, and let me know if there is any maintenance that is due that could possibly save me money and time in future repairs . Over the past 3 years I have had to take one of the cars to the dealership for warranty work. I never thought I would be so happy for my cars warranty to expire . The dealership people were not nearly as friendly and helpful as the guys at Tech One. Pros: Professional, great work, fair prices Cons: none that I can think of
