I have dined here a few times. Each time, all the employees were friendly, not matter how busy they were. Even though it can be used as an upscale restaurant (we went there once to close a business deal), we have also dined with children without any problems. The children got extra attention from the staff. I cannot say enough about the staff. I think if I ever encountered a nasty employee there, I would fall out of my chair while fainting. One waitress, I really wish I could remember her name to post it here, noticed that my husband miscalculated and added an additional $20 or so over the usual 20% tip. She ran out into the parking lot without a coat (it was really cold; imagine a blustery Chicago winter night) to track us down and tell us. Now that is just above and beyond!

This a must see if you are in the area. The temple is beautifully built with marble everywhere. They have a big hall where marriages, music and dance concerts take place. Services at the temple are performed very well and the gurukals are all well learned.
I cannot say enough about the food you get at the canteen. The BEST food you can get in the area. I know people who go to the temple just for the food... prasad.... it is that yummy.

I listed the address to the visitor's center, which is near the parking lot of the zoo and walking trails. The park also has a war memorial with lots of flowers (when in season). It's a nice place to stop and take pictures of the kids. The zoo is clean and the animals appear to be well cared for. They have common animals like otters and ducks, along with some exotics like bald eagles and a new mountain lion. There is also a Mastadon exhibit in the visitor's center. It's a nice break from the normal schedule to take a ride out to the park. Don't plan on it taking up the whole day unless you plan to pay for golf or the aquatic center. The zoo is free, but it takes all of 10 minutes to walk through and see everything.
