Wanted to contact the service department but was not somewhere I could be called. I was unable to reach a person in Buick service by phone something like 7 times. A website request for information was not answered, nor was a phone mail request to contact me by email.
I have never had such difficulty trying to talk to an automotive service department, especially by one that claims to treat customers like they own the place. If I owned the place, I would be embarrassed by the poor service.
