The food here is delicious. When I last paid a visit to Tom's I had the philly cheesteak hot sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, and the meat was evenly cooked. The pizza is great. The cheese tastes fresh. I wanted to try the fish, but did not have the time.
Pros: Awesome food
Cons: Hard to find.

What else could you look for in a restaurant? I read a review about bad Lamb... I had the Lamb and I thought it was better than Capital Grill's!!! Do not know what the previous review was talking about. The server did such a good job. I was amazed at her knoledge of both Wine and Food. I would highely Recommend this Restaurant.

Well here you will. They came highly recommended by a friend for being honest and nice guys. Well that is an understatement. I have gone to them for everything from a major accident to my muffler falling off and they have fixed it quickly and without the heartache that car repairs usually entail. They go out of their way to make things as smooth and simple as possible. After a major repair there was a mysterious knocking. I brought it in several times to find out what it was and each time they drove around with me and tried to find it. After the third time the problem was found. Instead of being annoyed a the pesky girl with the noisy car, they made it a mission to beat the clonking noise and were as excited as I when it was gone! They take pride in their work...what more can you ask for?

It's nice to live in a town/small city with a decent local theatre company. Turtle Lane does about 4 shows a year, some very familiar works (Broadway Musicals) and some less familiar. Generally the quality of the performance is good for a small theater. Occasionally they get people with a really terrific voice. The small stage can pose a challenge for some shows, but they manage. Occasionally they have a show where the seating is cabaret-style, and that's quite comfortable and nice. The place is so small that no matter where you sit, you'll be able to see well. They have discounts for students and seniors, their shows are always available at a discount through ArtsBoston.org, and often they have specials (like a recent 2-for-1 opening weekend special). There is a small bar with some slightly surly bartenders (they offer some food/snacks, but be aware that generally whenever we've tried to order they've "just run out."). There's no place really near to get a meal, so plan to eat elsewhere if you're making an evening of it.

This is our local station and we try to support local shops, however we took our car there three separate times spending well over $1,300 and NONE of the repairs they did worked. We asked them to check the car out before a long vacation drive. $300 later they said it was good to go. It rained the day before we left and the car shorted out. Took it back in and $600 later they said it was good to go. Driving through Canada the next day it shorted out again. Plus the air conditioner didn't work which we had asked specifically to be checked before our trip. We've been back to the station and the station they own in Waltham to have things repaired properly but nothing we asked them to do worked. Now we have to take it elsewhere and have all the SAME things looked at. We're out $1,300.

Cons: quality of work is awful, they charge same as dealer per hour labor

As a new home owner in a condo I was expecting to have a package mailed to me from the HOA Management company that included the rules, regulations and condo docs as well as the billing information, and contact information. I did finally manage to find the contact information fro the HOA company. When I called a woman answered very unprofessionally saying just "hello" I was not sure that I had the correct number. I told the woman I was trying to reach the HOA Management company for my condo development and she said yes that is us. I told the woman that I was a new home owner and had purchased my unit and have not received any information from them about the HOA. She proceeded to tell me that she did not even know that that unit was sold and had a new owner! I made my request for a copy of the condo doc, rules, regulations and billing info to be sent in the mail...she said yes I will put that in the mail. 3 months later and several phone calls and emails later I still do not have a copy of the condo docs,rules, and have not recieved any information about the HOA not even a bill or invoice? Ever time I call her to tell her I have not received nothing yet she tells me she does not know why and to go ask the building manager to explain to me the rules of the condo!! This is the most unprofessional management company I have ever come across and you can not locate any information on the web about their company, just a phone number and an address. The phone number listed is a cell phone number and the woman always answers just "hello" never using the name of the company. It now has been 3 months and I now still have NO information about he company, NO information about the condo rules, docs, regulations ans NO bill or invoice for monthly HOA fees were ever sent?!!!! God Luck stay away from NATTAN, INC. I am not sure that they are even a legitimate company.
