After encountering negativity with 3 different employees working at 3 different jobs I am convinces that the problem goes deeper that these three individuals.
Change Person - A native American female that refused to provide a request for change when requested by myself and my wife. We are a racially mixed couple. I am black and my wife is white
Cocktail Waitress - While playing the slots along with 6 other people on the line, four of us ordered drinks. She returned with orders placed by the other players but did not bring my drink. I was the only black player on the line. When I questioned her about my drink, she shruged, walked away and never brought the drink.
Valet Parking - The wife and I walked up to the Valet Shack, presented our claim check to the attendant. When we walked up, we were the only customers present. Shortly thereafter, two asian females, a hispanic male and an asian couple arrived. The asian couple was greeted by name and received their auto first, although they were the last to arrive. The two asian females received their car next. Guess who got their vehicle last. When I advised the attendant that I would have a word with management about the service, he advised me that he did not care because he was management.
I had been a loyal customer of the Muckleshoot Casino from day one but the incident with the Valet Attendant was more than I could take. I have used all of my Players Club Points, will not accumulate any more, and I will never enter that establishment again.
I do not believe these three employees spontaneously decided, individually and at different times, to be complete jerks. It is my belief that these type attitudes are pervasive and is tolerated by those in charge.

Pros: Free Entertainment
Cons: Arrogant,employees, lousy service, racism

The Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn has become an organization led by thugs and goons. My wife and I have gone there for years celebrating many occasions as well as 'just for fun'. We've spent lots of $ and won a few Jackpots over the years. Until a recent event, I would have recommended going there... BUT, the other night after playing for hours and losing several hundred dollars, my wife won a Jackpot! Yeah, we were happy! We got a little bit of our money back but most importantly we were having a great time. Crowds gathered around to share our excitement while we waited for the staff to bring the money out. Then.. instead of bringing her prize, the manager came out surrounded by a group of aggresive/angry body guards to tell us her id was no good and the Jackpot would not be paid. This was the same id that had been used several times over the past eight years to collect winnings at that same place. They have everything on computer so they knew that. The big boss waved his arms in my wife's face as she cried. Well.. I came unglued and cussed them out! ...then the goons came after me and 'escorted' me off the property leaving her alone in the place to try and reason with them. There is much more to the story but you get the point. They have turned into nothing better than an organized gang of high priced thugs. You might wonder if my wife got her Jackpot after all the drama? The answer is NO! Please don't waste your money there. It's not safe and they discriminate. I'll leave it there. This was my 'Muckleshoot Moment'...
Pros: none
Cons: all

We haven't gambled here a whole lot, but we've gone to their shows a number of times. They bring Legends in Concert impersanators from the Las Vegas show (it's in Imperial Palace in Vegas, and it costs you about $40/person there). It is totally free in Muckleshoot Casino. They have some other fun music & dance stuff for free there pretty often. Their machines are weird (those new totally electronic/computer screen machines, with dozens of weird zigzag paylines that make no sense, etc.). My wife put $5 on a penny machine and hit max bet. Turn out that max bet was 450 pennies, i.e. $4.50 in one bet on a slot machine! She was pretty shocked. Of course, we didn't win anything. So we got pretty disgusted with the gambling part of it. Free shows are still great. They even have soda machines so that you can get a free (tiny) cup of soda any time you want.
I'd recommend checking out their web site and giving it a try. Not a bad place to relax and blow off some steam.
PROS: Free shows, free soda
CONS: Weird slot machines

My favorite aspect of Muckleshoot, besides its overwhelming size and depth, is the sheer number of penny slots, which have pretty good payouts. You may have to wait, as these are extremely popular. Another benefit is the semi-covered walkways connected to the parking lot, which make all the difference in a rainstorm.

They bill themselves as the biggest and best in the Northwest. This is a large casino, for this area anyway. Brand-new parking garage allows for many safe and covered spots. There is a good variety of table games and slot machines. I don't think the players club is as good as the Tulalip, however. Good restaurants and a candy shop.

Muckleshoot Casino is probably the biggest casino in the Pacific Northwest. It is an impressive casino with multiple restaurants, dance floor with live band, and most importantly, a big non-smoking section. This is a good place to hang out with friends because if your friends dont gamble, they could always enjoy the music with the live band, or dance the night away on the dance floor. There is also a bingo hall adjacent to the main casino, so you could also try your luck there.

Muckleshoot is a fantastic casino!
Their gaming is some of the best around. There are a large variety of games to choose from - Poker, HiLo, Blackjack, Craps, Baccarat, Roulette, etc. In addition, there are tons of slots all over the place! The only part I don't care for is that rather than using real coins or tokens (I love that sound when you win!) they have you use cards that keep track of your balance. They figure it's safer, I say it's not as fun.
I also love their shows and events. They have a continual stream of musicians of all genres. My favorite performers are Vegas's own Legends - a impersonator show. Their impersonators are oddly close to the real thing! They have other shows from time to time, you just need to check with them.
They offer promotions for preferred players (if you care to be one), special drawings, and other promotions.
Their dining is awesome! We dine at the Pisces Seafood Buffet. It is wonderfully tasty and the service is great! The prices are a little on the spendy side ($10 - $18) but when you are getting all the crablegs you can eat, who cares? We haven't eatten at the other available restaurants, but we've heard equally good reviews for them.
For a good night out check out Muckleshoot!
PROS: gaming selection, fun shows

It's no Vegas, but Muckleshoot at least attracts some younger folks on the weekends, so it can be an OK time. I'm not really a fan of Casino's outside of Vegas, they just don't have that festive atmosphere. The poker room is OK, but the wait tends to be long and the games are pretty tight. Worth a trip, but I wouldn't go too far out of my way for it.

It is nice that they offer a non smoking area and free parking. The shows are great too and you check out their website to see what's going on.
The employees are really nice too and seem to enjoy their job.
