We have been going to Rio Blanco since it opened years ago. The service is always top notch, I can never think of a time when I was disappointed with the service there. That is not something I can say about to many places. The food is excellent as well, if you get a chance you should try Rio Blanco.

One of the best Mexican Restaurants in Auburn. The food has always been real good, with the large portions, you don't want to fill up on chips before your meal. Very friendly staff.

We go there together as a lunch date or with our kids for a family dinner outting. This is a great place to eat at after a long day of shopping at the Super Mall or watching a movie at the theater that is near by like 7 minutes! I recommend this to everyone that enjoys good mexican food. Pros: Family orientated, Fast and Friendly Service, Great food Cons: Cannot think of any that strike.

This is definately the best place to eat in Auburn, and possibly all of the south county. The food is extremely good. It has ot be some of the best Mexican food I'v ehad in the Northwest. The prices for meals are also very reasonable. The biggest feature of Rio Blanco however has to be the service. we never wait to be seated, and we usually don't have to wait more than a couple of minutes before the staff takes our order, and the food arrives just as quickly. And the meal is topped off at the end with delicious sopapillas that come with your bill. Pros: outstanding srervice, great food, family environment Cons: , location
