I have bought 3 cars from Hinshaw's Honda and have left with a smile on my face every time. They have very competitive pricing with other dealers and offer services that the other dealers don't have, like loaner cars. I also REALLY like that if I drive down there for a service, they wash and vacuume my car for me. I will be back to buy again in the future and would tell everyone that I know to shop there if they are looking for a new Honda or even a quality used vehicle. Pros: Staff that cares and knows their product Cons: Not close to home for me

I went to this dealership looking for a used civic. Their used cars were dirty inside and out and way overpriced. Their prices are several thousand over other honda dealerships and even kbb suggested retail price. I talked to 3 different salesmen and each one had a bad attitude towards me and my family. I made an offer and was basiclly told to leave; no one was willing to work with us. Don't waste your time at this place!! NOT worth it! Pros: none Cons: horrible service, dirty overpriced cars

I was starting my car search, and I figured the best place to start looking would be Puyallup. Especially since "cars cost less" down there. I went to Hinshaw's Honda, and met with the salesperson. Before we even went out onto the lot, he sat down with me, asked me what I was looking for, and looked through their inventory for a car that would meet my needs. I test drove a couple of vehicles, and while I didn't find a car I liked, I had a good enough experience where I will definitely stop by again when I am ready to buy. Pros: Polite Salespeople Cons: Limited Selection

This dealership is probably one of the WORST Honda Dealerships! I have owned Honda's since 1996 and it was a mistake to even take it to this place. I have brought my car to this dealership months ago to replace the timing belt which was required by Honda. After the belt was replaced, the car would squeak for about a second when you start the engine. After paying almost $1400 to replace the belt, I obviously didn't want to hear this really annoying squeaking noise. I HAVE BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AT LEAST 8 TIMES AFTER THAT because they were trying to adjust the belt and guess what.... the squeak is still there. After bringing it back at least 8 times they said it may be the "tensioner" so I have to bring it back again and pay another extra few hundred dollars. This place is horrible......... PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR HONDA'S HERE!!!!!!!!! Pros: n/a Cons: REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!
