went for a routine mammogram at this center - it was not my first mammogram but my first visit there. 24 hours after the mammogram, I was called and told I needed to come back for more views of my left breast. They had my previous mammograms from another place, but hadn't reviewed them yet. I was told I need to come back,but they couldn't see me for 2-1/2 weeks. Yet - they hadn't even compared the previous mammograms. The next day, after pressure from my doctor's office and from me, I was told that there was no need to come back. The upshot - I was horrified that they would callously call and alarm me (I spent a completely sleepless night in tears) for absolutely no reason. This total disregard for patient morale is unforgiveable. Had they waited another 24 hours to contact me, none of this would have happened. Serious flaws in procedure at this place. Pros: None Cons: Procedures result in unecessary agony

I have had several ultrasounds done here and the staff is always friendly and professional. They are always on time in starting appointments. During the exam they are courteous and respectful. The waiting room is cheerful and has great magazines!
