The short of it is that I retained their services, they failed to provide me detailed monthly billing, (which they are legal obligated to). They failed to represent me to my standards or to the standards they promised me. MULTIPLE times I was told that this case was open and shut and that I absolutely had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, the lawyer failed to fight for me in court or to bring my evidence and declarations into play. They were misleading and wanted more and more money, but had not ONE positive result for me. I lost everything, (my son, my home, my money, and all personal belongings), although I provided plenty of evidence on my behalf. I feel I was swindled and would NEVER RECOMMEND this firm or my lawyer, Joseph Baker or Janel Ostrem. CONSUMERS BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! You don't want to fall victim to the "promises" like I did!!!

The only compalint I have about this company is that I felt very underdressed looking at the nice suits everyone was wearing. We had a will drawn up here. I was pleased with the service. John Bagley patiently answered all our questions and was happy to elaborate when we didn't understand. He made some helpful suggestions so we wouldn't have to redo the will later on (for example, after having more children). There is plenty of parking.
