Auburn Nissan estimated $2500 in repairs on my Infiniti, but their master mechanic was willing to buy the car from me for "a couple hundred bucks and the cost of the diagnostic fee." I took it to a different place down the street and got the car fixed for $74. Runs like new. It needed a new rubber tube in the emissions system. They inflated the cost of repair by including possibly useful but irrelevant things (new spark plug wires) and by including blatantly untrue issues (the crank seal isn't really leaking). When the car was returned to me, the list of issues that they were willing to put in writing was shorter than what they had earlier claimed. Bottom line: would you rather pay $2500 for $74 worth of work? Avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE The management staff at Auburn Nissan are the epitome of the WORST car salesmen. Not only did I get jerked around for 4+ hours trying to make a deal but when I declined the offer and was leaving the lot... Walt B ran after and said they would match the price that another car lot was offering. I said I needed a night to think about it, would the price still be on the table the next day? Yes, the price would be. So the next day comes around and low and behold, the deal was no longer on the table and had in fact, increased. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE, do not go here,

I won't go into the whole story of our HORRIBLE experience with Auburn Nissan, but PLEASE make sure that before you sign any document with their service department that you fully know what is covered and what is not covered. Make sure they do not perform any additional work to your car without your express permission, in writing. They are sneaky folks and try to get you to agree to work that is not covered by the warranty and then try to get you to pay the overpriced bill later. This has happened to us as well as my sister. If you need work on a Nissan, go to Renton instead.
