I quoted an estimate for my son to receive treatment. Later I received a bill that I owed 3x's the amount the office quoted me. The explanation I received was that different work needed to be preformed that was the hygienist first thought. I wrote a letter explaining that we were not in situation to pay over $2,000 more than what was quoted but that we could pay the original quote around $1,200. I received the next bill with a courtesy credit of under $200.00. I can not help but feel I was taken advantage of since I had no choice once the procedures began nor was I consulted or told we would owe more money. Please be careful when working with this office. I have three children that have gone to Dr. Fieldman for several years when I started to become suspicious of the diagnosis. At my own dentist the doctor actually reads the xrays and determines any procedures, that is not the case with Dr. Fieldman. The hygenists read the xrays and have mis-diagnosed cavities in my children's teeth on 3 different occasions. I have brought them to the filling appointments only to find out there are no cavities.I have since switched dentist to avoid any further malpractice

Dr. Bruce truly is one of a kind!!! Every time we go to his office the staff is beyond pleasant and friendly. My little girl, 3 years old, just had an hour and a half oral rehab surgery with Dr. Bruce. He was so amazing with her. He spent time with her before the surgery and spoke to her as if she was his own. Preparing our daughter for anesthesia was very stressful for my husband and I but knowing she was with Dr. Bruce alleviated many of our fears. He made an incredibly stressful time for my husband and I and easy one. His nurse came out to speak with us during the surgery and called our cellphone 3/4 of the way through for an update. After the surgery, Dr. Bruce came out to speak with us and had a big bag of toys for our little girl. He is AMAZING. The next day, Saturday, Dr. Bruce called our house to check on our daughter - now what doctor takes time out of his day to personally make the phone call !!!! Our daughter is so excited to see him on Tuesday for a follow-up, she adores him. I think that explains it all - she still adores him even after a long painful surgery! Thank you Dr. Bruce - trust your child with him

There are rewards for all at the end, stickers and little toys. I'd just like to add that Dr. Bruce cares and so does everyone in the office, that is so rare! I bring my girls, age 6 and 11 both. I am very happy with the services! You and your children will both feel at ease here. I grew up going to a "horrible" dentist and still have fears to this day. I wish he could be my dentist! I'd just like to add that Dr. Bruce cares and so does everyone in the office. I bring my girls, age 6 and 11 both. I am very happy with the services! Everything about this placed is designed to make your child feel at ease. The waiting room is filled with toys for smaller kids, video games and such for older ones. The staff is super friendly and they really take the time to make small kids feel less scared. The staff did a wonderful time taking care of my children. They do everything slowly and do a great job of explaining what is going on. The rooms are bright, casual and not at all intimidating. Dr. Fieldman is great with kids and parents. He is kind, happy and helps make it easy for little ones. They also give out cute stickers and small toys as you leave with is a huge hit.
