I bought my wedding gown and all my maids dresses at this store and loved every minute of the experience. My mother and mother in law bought their dresses there. It was crowded, but the selection was tremendous. Most shops they went to had 70 or so mother's dresses and this shop had over 700 to choose from. Maybe that was the other ladies felt it was crowded, but my mother just saw how many beautiful dresses she had to choose from. She bought one dress in this shop and a second one for the reception at their second store where there were over 500 more dresses. Loved the whole experience and the consultant we had, Laura, was extremely knowledgeale and more than pleasant. By the way, they have taken over the entire building including the first floor. Visited this shop while searching for a mother of the bride dress. The shop is located on the top floor of a small building, so displays are cramped and difficult to reach. There are very few dressing rooms, so the wait to try on dresses was unbearable. Sales staff was highly uniformed and very unhelpful. We actually found some dresses that we liked, but they could not get the information that we needed that day and never followed up with us. They seem to have a decent selection, but the store is very unattractive and the sales staff is not helpful.

My mother and I went to this boutique to try to find her mother-of-the-bride dress for my wedding this past summer. We had a frustrating shopping experience, which has kept us from returning. My mom had a vision of a dress in mind when we arrived. We were hoping just to browse around, but a woman found us and wouldn't let us just look. She asked my mother what she was looking for, and my mom gave the very specific details for which she was looking. The women proceeded to pull out dress after dress that did not meet my mom's requests. She asked for thick straps, the woman pulled out sleeveless & spaghetti straps. My mom asked for an attached two-piece look, the woman pulled out straight, for-fitting dresses. We quickly got frustrated but really wanted to see what the store had to offer. Unfortunately, we had no luck and just left upset.
