Hey this is a great place to go for a causal dinner in Atlantic City. I had the bacon cheese burger and it was amazing! Our server was attentive but not overbearing and everyone was super friendly.

We had one of our best dining experiences here. The atmosphere was very upscale and our family just had an absolutely marvelous meal. Everyone raved. It was very expensive so bring it all!

I went here with my family when we decided to take vacation at Borgata. I enjoyed the rather casual but quiet atmosphere which settles during the late evening when it's not busy. The food was good and we all had a wonderful, filling meal. A pleasant experience overall and whenever we go to Borgata we are more than willing to return here.

Wow, this restaurant was phenomenal. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and sophisticated. The place is expensive and you will have to order you sides separately but it is worth the money and time. It's hard to get a reservation, so you will need to make it before you get to Borgata. I highly recommend this steakhouse as it is nothing by ordinary. Plus, Bobby Flay is one of the best Iron Chefs around, so would you expect anything less??

Bobby Flay is a beautiful large steak-house in the center of Borgata's casino, but the service was below suprisingly below my expectations. My cocktail was served with flat soda. And our wine was ordered at the same time as our appetizers and main course. The wine was served long after the appetizers were completed, and once I had to remind the waitress that we actually ordered wine. The red wine was served at a cooler temperature than normal, but was good. The steak was good, but the signature steak sauce tasted like a simple A1. For a good half hour, there were three bus boys trying to level the table adjacent to us that wasn't even being utilized. It was extremely distracting during dinner. And worst of all during the entire course of the meal, there were fruit flies wandering all over the restaurant. If you're looking for a good steak house in Atlantic City, do not try Bobby Flay.
Pros: Beautiful Restaurant
Cons: Disgusting Fruit Flies

Bobby Flay's is not just another Celebrity Location - the Food is simply the best. We had the opportunity to dine there recently and we can't say enough. But before I continue - is was pricey. BUT, it was worth every penny.Obviously some of us ordered steak, done to perfection. Two ordered an evening special of Grouper, also done to perfection. The wait staff was excellent. Our main waiter didn't even write down our order, and got everything right. The ambiance was different. Just off the floor of the Borgata, Bobby Flay's was a unique combination of modern and western.
This is certainly a dinning destination that we will visit again.

This place is a casual sit down restaurant right across from the Gypsy Bar. The menu has chicken, fish, steaks and burgers. It used to get busy but now that there are other dining options at the Borgata this place is not as noisy. There is a gelato bar on the left as you walk in. Make sure to stop in and try the tiramisu flavor!

Bobby Flay has taken some of the best ideas from his NYC spots and transposed them to the wonderful Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City. To me, the difference between great steakhouses....Peter Luger, Sparks, Prime, etc....is negligible. Great steaks, solid sides, a strong winelist is what each one should (and does) have. The difference with Bobby Flay's steakhouse at the Borgata are the flavors!! Whether you have great steaks hand rubbed with his special Southwestern touches or the warmly-delicious "Louisiana Filet"..which is a filet, cut into 2 filets and one is served with a bernaise sauce and the other piece with a Crawfish sauce.....or perhaps have some fun with Bobby's take on the Philadelphia Cheesesteak....you will get a solid piece of meat that has "fun" added to it. So, if you want a solid meal built around great steak and want a more "responsive" staff, a fun and beautiful atmosphere...and really good choices to complement that steak (please try the Lobster/Avocado appetizer....it's a killer)....then come enjoy Bobby's idea of a wonderful...and flavorful...steakhouse. Word of advice...asked to be seated in the back...the restaurant in huge; but gets noisier up front.
Pros: Creative, enjoyable (non threatening) steakhouse
Cons: Noisier up front
