Stayed here a few times, nothing special, in fact the help is not as friendly as other hotel casinos in town. Not high on our list Pros: room specials Cons: unfriendly

Security staff is terrible. I was there on a slow night and had the worst experience with security. They are disrespectful and uneducated on what it takes to satisfy their customers. When they are on the casino floor around the cameras they maintain the proper appearance but when you go in the back they will shove you and disrespect you to your face. Even the manager of security, I am a female and was shoved around like I had no rights. more

If you get a room with bonuses, then it's a good deal 3/28/2007

A friend and I decided on a very last minute trip up to Atlantic City. We searched hotels online and found a good deal that gave us a room, plus tickets to whatever show was playing at the hotel that night. That was the selling point for us. The hotel doesnt' give away the free tickets, you'd have to find a deal on another website. The hotel's located near the other casinos, at least with in walking distance. Not too bad for a last minute trip. Be careful, weekend nights are almost 2-3x more expensive than going during the week. more

Hmm... 8/10/2005

Was nice, but it felt like a luxurious jail(at least to me), although it had many shops, restaurants, and rooms. There were a few service problems, they said that you can either have a room with smoking(stunk pretty bad) and no ocean view, or non-smoking with no ocean view. Pros: Many Shops, Good Maid Service, Free Towels for beach Cons: Bad Service more

ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO STAY HERE! 6/8/2003

This Hilton is far from being just part of the chain! Everything is first class at this fine hotel. Of all 11 casino/hotels , this is my 2nd choice. They have a wonderful resort/spa area with robes and slippers. Nice indoor pool, plus both mens and ladies spas with steam, sauna, and hot tubs. A very relaxing area. Wonderful entertainment and the very best in dining! The casino is great too. my favorite rooms are those ending in 53. (bay views) but very large, with murphy beds they are like a small apt. Pros: Quiet, beautiful, older crowd Cons: not in center city, busy on week ends more
