She has probably cut my hair 10 times in 2 years. I have complete trust to sit down and let her go at it. She knows me well enough to go for a style that is a little cooler than I might opt for with great result. The managers and front desk staff round out a very professional experience.
Pros: Full of Ideas and concern for my feelings

Good, classic fare in the heart of Virginia Highlands make this a great restaurant. Wonderful brunch menu and great lunch and dinner items. Small, intimate patio, a bar area for a quick meal or a dining area. The desserts are freshly made and delicious - we love the Bonzo Cake. It's a layer of cheesecake, mouse and cake topped with whipped cream. A great restaurant.

We went here for our Anniversary and it was the best time ever! You have to go in wanting to have fun, not just to be snobby and think its fine dining... 2 minutes after we sat down we were already wearing goofy hats and had been given a free app...
Don't get me wrong, its a very nice place with Amazing service and even better food... but they know how to make sure you enjoy yourself.
The Caesar dressing was homemade and so was the pasta. When my wife ordered the Cioppino, we were caught off guard by the lobster tail that was in it. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Pros: Fun Atmosphere, Amazing Food, Fresh Ingredients
Cons: Nothing

From the moment you walk into Panahar, you are treated like a treasured guest. The waiters enthusiastically explain all items on the menu and make recommendations (which all proved to be excellent choices.) They do not offer alcohol for sale but you are welcome to BYOB which they will happily uncork (for free) and serve you. (A nice plus not having to pay $10 for a glass of wine like at so many other places.)
As I mentioned, the food was excellent. (I'm new to Bangladeshi & Indian food, so whether or not it was authentic, I can't say, but it was delicious.)
Prices are very reasonable -- my friend and I had appetizers, 2 main courses, an order of special rice and bread, and 2 desserts (one of which was on the house) all for $32!!!! I'll definitely be back soon.
Pros: Food, service, BYOB
Cons: tacky 1970's ambience, but, hey, it's part of the charm
