HORRIBLE!!! First of all, the lady I had could ONLY do alterations on Friday, and constantly had to work around her schedule. I live in Greenville, SC and that was no big deal to her after I had driven down there twice, and she messed up my dress. She was rude and I needed it for my bridal portrait. She gave me one day I could bring it back down there, drop it off then drive back down there to pick it up whenever she thought she could get around to it! HELLO thats a little over 2hour drive for me one way! She was not helpful, and she didnt want anyone to alter the dress and said she was a perfection...well if she was such a perfection she should have gotten it right the first time!! Then I had to pay for it and way overpriced, all she had to do was take it up 2 inches. Seriously I dont even think she took it up!! They were so snobby, I could have gotten a 2 year old to do a better job!!

If I had not found this particular dress for such a good deal I do not think I would shop here. First of all, I did not make an appointment my daughter and I just stopped by and they made me feel bad that I did not make an appointment when it was the middle of the day on a Wednesday. Then they kept pushing dresses out of my price range when I told them that I could only spend X amount of dollars. My daughter found a floor model dress for really cheap and it was a gorgeous dress so we got a good deal, but I would not go here as my first choice.

Bridals by Lori has a good selection of gowns, but that is about the only good thing about them. I know of 6 brides who got their dresses there, and every single one of them had a major misshap. For one, they ordered the completely wrong dress, for one the ordered the wrong color, for one the dress was literally falling apart at the seams, all the boning coming out, and it had to be completely re-sewn by an outside tailor at the bride's expense. Lori herself called up one of my friends who reported them to the BBB....to apologize and try to make good? NO....she literally yelled and cursed at her! Their dresses are overpriced, especially their bridesmaid dresses....you can find the exact same dresses elsewhere in the city for much cheaper. I do not recommend this store to anyone!

Bridals by Lori has the best selection of any bridal store in town without making you feel like you absolutly don't belong because you don't have a sugar daddy willing to pay for anything you point to. The dresses are expensive, but there is a great area reserved for dresses that have been showroom models. Of course you have to be close to the ideal size to wear them. They also have a lower floor showroom dedicated to more affordable, less designer brands. But for making you feel like a princess they get top honors.
