We had a reservation for 6:45 p.m. on a Sat. They were not busy. They sat us next to the bathroom, what can i say... it was dark, we didn't notice right away. It was our 31 anniversary, they put confetti on the table gave us two complimentary glasses of champagne, we didn't notice we were actually looking into the bathrooms until it was too late and we were settled in... but it spoiled the "special" out of the dinner experience (there were plenty of other tables they could have put us at, why next to the bathroom? We watched people walking in and out of the bathroom the rest of the evening). The steaks were excellent, but have had the same at other top notch restaurants, the service was AAA plus, except they seemed to want us to hurry up with our desert order and get us out as it got into the mid-evening dinner hours (plenty of tables left). We won't go back, it was very pricey (even though we can afford it) for what you get, but still the food and service is excellent.

Best steaks in Atlanta. Too bad they don't offer cigars after dinner like they used to. More

Bone's is my favorite place to eat a steak in Atlanta. They doing everything first-class, from the service to decor, and most importantly - food.

This is a first-rate steakhouse, so expect gloriously tender meat, complex in flavor and cooked with reverence. Inside, red leather and crisp white linen set the tone in this gentleman's temple complete with a shoeshine stand, autographed celebrity glossies and a serious bar. The decor is straight from the late 1970s Service is amiable, but can be scatterbrained during peak hours.

Bones was one of the steak houses I've heard a lot about. It's a 5 star restaurant as reviewed in magazines and what not. Their steaks are delicious. I only gave it 4 stars because I think Chops is better for the same price. Bones' steaks were very tasty, but their surf and turf didn't have flash fried lobster that Chops does. That's why I choose Chops over Bones. My bro seems to like Bones better though, so It's just preference. Try it if you got the dough.

This is not a restaurant for vegetarians or anyone who isn't in the mood to be stuffed. As you're walking into the restaurant they lay it out through the windows where you see into the fridge - you're here for dead animals! You order a la carte and the portions of sides are definitely large enough to share. I recommend the fried lobster appetizer but don't eat too much because you need to save room in your belly. I went with a large group and we each ordered something different and shared with no disapointments. Of course, my husband did order something like a 26 ounce piece of prime rib which was a little sickening. No one had room for dessert but they looked pretty on other tables. Pricey but worth it once in a while.
