Yama Sushi is one of Atlanta's newest, freshest Japanese restaurants. (Considering I am usually there grubbing 3-5 times per week, I should know). Try the Extra Spicy Super Crunchy or the Shrimp Brothers roll. Live scallops, Aji or Toro. Not to mention the Octopus salad, Special Spicy New Style Sashimi, or the myriad signature dishes Yama-san has created from scratch or the traditional Japanese dishes to which he's added a creative twist. Great place to meet for lunch, dinner or for an icy cold bottle of top-shelf sake on a weekend. Located just north of Northridge road exit 6 (GA 400). Try Yama sushi. You won't be disappointed.
