In Short
Fiery, bubbling soups laden with house-hewn, silken tofu are this Korean favorite's calling card, but the rest of the compact menu is well worth exploring. Chewy, nutty acorn noodles doused in a sweet-spicy sauce are purely addictive, and steaming bowls of dolsat bibimbap, rife with carefully julienned vegetables, are paragons of comfort. An experimental spirit is key to relishing this spot, but the less adventurous can find solace in sticky-sweet Korean BBQ ribs.
