this hotel is incredibly impressive. initially, both my DH and i had our doubts - especially after we booked this online for about $65/night! i mean, c'mon - who charges rates THAT cheap and expect decent quality/service. but i had some well-placed faith in my other tripadvisor reviewers and decided to take the plunge and boy, i was not disappointed. whoever remodeled this hotel did some fabulous renovations. the business lounge was populated w/ state of the art computers, flat screen monitors & wide 50' plasma tvs! additionally, it was conveniently located next to the mocha mondo cafe. the room itself is really great - equally comparablet to say that of a suite in the venetian (las vegas) only far more comfortable and tastefully decorated. even the bathroom ammenities were top-notch. as for room service, let's just say - it's definitely not on the cheap side. our first (and only) order was equivalent to one night's stay but that's probably due to the fact that my DH ordered the steak, desert & wine! here's a great example of how wonderful their service is. upon arrival and after unpacking, i found out that my poor luggage was badly damaged during the transit. at 11PM, i called the front desk to see if there was a screwdriver available and a gentleman brought to my front door in ten minutes flat. note - this was on a saturday night and the hotel was quite busy with three visiting conventions! now that's service!
