Rooms are fabulous - affordable luxury! Customer service was poor - fair. Check-in was extremely lengthy and staff were unapologetic. I was charged for mysterious Bar bills. When I went to check-out and challenge the charges, the staff member left the counter to "check on the bill" and when he returned he stated, "I will remove the charges for now..." seemingly accusing me of the bar tab - yet he was unable to produce a signed receipt. As repeat visitors to this hotel, my husband and I are uncertain we will try this location again. Pros: comfortable stay Cons: customer service lacking

The ICH of Buckhead is a fun place to spend a weekend in town. The rooms are clean and well-furnished and the service is impeccable. I've sent out of town guests there and all have been pleased. There is a jazz band in the lobby bar at times which adds to the easy-going ambiance.
