After reading all the negative reviews about Dr. Dawson, I was very hesitatant to consult with her. I am glad I didn't listen as she was caring, knowledgeable and understood my problem. I've been suffering from chronic pain for years & have consulted many doctors before who dismissed me without a care, misdiagnosed me, ignored me or put me thru painful & unnecessary treatments that only benefited their pockets. Dr. Dawson was compassionate, understood my concerns & offered alternative solutions. I urge anyone who is in the same situation not to pay attention to the negative feedback & see for themselves what she has to offer. There's not much to lose (about $40 for the consultation & parking) and much to gain.?

I appreciate the level of service that Dr. Dawson and her team bring to Women for Women practice. Dr. Dawson goes above and beyond normal medical procedure with a focus on whole health and not just "take a pill" health. I'm so glad to have found a practitioner gives me options that others don't. I love that Dr. Dawson will tell me to eat better, to take supplements, to exercise, to take care of myself mentally, spiritually and physically and above all she encourages me to take charge of my health and my body.
