I have driven Toyotas for the last 17 years & I have always had them serviced at the dealership. I make a point of making a personal connection with my service manager. Some have been good & some not so much, but none of them can even come close to Nicole DeLaigle. There is no one else in the city that I would want to work with for my 2006 4Runner.
Nicole is the most thorough & honest service manager I have ever worked with. I never feel pressured into unnecessary service. She makes sure my 4Runner is always running right & I have never had to bring my truck in for service outside of the normal 5,000 mile checkups.
And while I only see her every 5,000 miles, she remembers my name. She knows that my wife is pregnant. She knows that my dog is crazy. And she knows where I grew up. My point is that Nicole is more than just a Service Manager, she takes the time to get to know her customers on a personal level.
In an industry where people believe that dealership service departments are only out there to fleece the customer, Nicole blows that theory out of the water. I would not only recommend her to anyone who owns a Toyota, she is a big reason why I would buy another Toyota.

I was a little apprehensive about going to buy a car ANYWHERE after I sorted through pages and pages of online reviews. It seems like people either love places or hate them- nothing in between. Price is what brought me to Curry Honda, and customer service is what kept me there. I was pleasantly surprised with how down-to-earth the sales rep I worked with was. He guided me to my choices, and even before I asked to, he said "I understand you may need some time to think this over." I was impressed. I ended up buying the car and I don't regret it at all. I'm not sure if these negative reviews are real or are from a competitor, but I can honestly say I was thrilled with my experience.

I have had 3 VWs. Jetta, Passat and now another Jetta. I love my VW. This time, however, I think I am just wearing this one out. I have had more than 3 issues in 2 years. The truck wouldnt shut and needed a part, the windows wouldnt roll up, and the lighter got a dime stuck and blew a fuse. Every time I took it to Jim Ellis in Atlanta, they took great care of me and had me driving home in hours. They give you quotes, work with you on what is urgent and what isn't. Most of all, they are just professional and honest. If you are looking to buy a VW, I say go for it....for over 14 years I have been happy.. low to maintain, gas efficient, and have all the goodies!
Pros: Great location! Professional, fast, and affordable!
Cons: What is worse than having car problems to fix?

Daniel Rodriguez and Jeff Butera were amazing to work with and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service I received.
