I had moved to Atlanta and never found a decent colorist until I went to Ken. He is the only person who really listened to what I WANT and bent over backwards to achieve it. He made me feel so comfortable and confident in him that this was the best experience I have ever had in a salon. I have recommended two of my friends to see him and they both love him as much as I do. If anyone out there is looking for a new stylist SEE KEN...He's great. Pros: Easy parking.

Horrible. Horrible attitude by staff. The women at the front desk are cold, always, and, most recently, the manager was entirely unapologetic when the salon made an unacceptable, huge mistake. Why would I continue to take my business there when there are other places that are friendlier and more of the opinion that the customer is always right and that a mistake is an opportunity to show the customer that you care and to keep the customer for life? Yes, the services there are good, but I think that they can also be found elsewhere (I have found them elsewhere). Pros: the people who work there know their trade Cons: horrible attitude by staff and manager
