My mother-in-law's buick was at the dealer-Conley Buick; they said $350.00 and three days to repair the shifter. I asked John at A-Z about it. After hearing my description he told me to come to his shop. He had one of his techs get inot my car and ride over to the dealer. We picked up the car, drove it back to A-Z. John had it ready it 35 minutes and for $135.00!
I tell everyone this story!!!!

The people were friendly and ready to help,but the place is not the cleanest in the business. Very trustworthy, and will not try to sale repairs not needed. Also, the location is not very easy to get in and out of. Plus, the is not enough parking for customer. Although geared for imports, Domestic cars are welcome.

My husband and I always shop at Advance Auto Parts. Always have to wait in long lines. Very slow service, not very friendly staff. Not very willing to educate customers in the products. When we asked them to reserve something for us, they are not very willing to do that. Asked us to pay for the thing before we even receive it. When not willing to do that, he scolded us for wasting his time & effort. Very rude! Wouldn't recommend.

I found the salespeople to be extremly pushy. I also felt that they were not being honest with me and that they were trying to take advantage of me. I spent entirely too much time negotiating with them. After telling them the price I wanted to pay multiple times, they finally agreed to it, on the condition that I buy the car that night. I agreed, but inquired on what my monthly payments would be (having already been approved through their financing company). They stated they would give that information only after I signed an agreement to buy and gave them my down payment! I would not reccommend Atlanta Dodge Chrysler Jeep. They made buying a car feel like a hassle.

THIS PLACE IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY BIKES, YOU MIGHT AS WELL BUY A HUFFY FROM WAL-MART IT WOULD PROBABLY LAST LONGER THAN THEIR USED INVENTORY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!
Pros: WHAT PROS? THE BIKES SELL THEM SELVES
Cons: MANAGEMENT, TECH EXPERIENCE
