As you enter, the energetic yet subtle music makes you feel comfortable, and the cushioned reading nook just inside the door makes you want to find your favorite book and stay awhile. This isn't even mentioning the value on the shelves! The quaint bookstrore is neat, trendy, organized and unique. With everything from biographies to vintage typing manuals straight out of your 1960's grammar school, the creative displays make you want to browse each section, not just your favorites. The owner, Jeff, is friendly and went out of his way to help us find exactly what we needed, even outside of his store! I want to tell about the good care and fairness of the people like Poal who was patient and caring about the needs of a costomer that needed help beyond the business. His son, also, was a good listener and was very fair with me when I complaind. He compensated me well with good care of my car. They are decent people!

I had bought my car in to Custom Auto Parts because of the Engine Light. The car was due for an Emissions Test and Tags. The car had already been seen by two other establishments and they could not give me an answer that would narrow down the cause of the Engine Light /Car problem. However, the folks at Custom Auto Parts not only diagnoses the problem they fixed it, and they did it in a very professional and timely manner. The service charge was very reasonable. I was totally please with everything that was done by them. And the next time my vehicle needs service I will go back to them. They are very professional and honest. After I paid them for the car repairs I still had enough cash on hand to buy me and my lady friend some clothes and go to the movies. And, the car is running great.

To Holt Automotive (and all of their employees) I take my baseball cap off to. They are courteous and reasonable in price. I have had several services there (oil changes, belt changes and tires too) and always received a fair deal with them.

We use these fellows for our fleet vehicles (we have about 130 in GA) and we've never had a negative experience with them. If they give you an estimate it's spot on. Their work is good, they're professional, and they're honest. I'll take my own car to them if it ever needs body work.
Pros: Everything you would want in a body shop

We took my wife's C230 to Austrian Motors in Atlanta because the engine was idling high and sounding loud. We were afraid that we needed major repairs, but Austrian Motors fixed everything at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to Austrian Motors for all of our Mercedes repairs.

I absolutely love this place! My mother, both of my sisters and I all take our cars here. I never get the "girl price" for anything like I have at other mechanics. They are really helpful if you need to maintain a car on a budget ( In addition to being fairly priced, they are honest and straight forward about what needs to be fixed now and what can wait and for how long ). I have been taking my car to this location from the time I was 19 with a junker that broke all the time until now. I feel completely safe in relaying on them to help me get the most life out of my car. They also keep in good touch while your car is being worked on so that you know what is going on. I live on the other side of town and becaue of their fair and excellent service I am perfectly willing to wake up on Saturday moning at 7.00 to be first in line to drop my car off for an oil change. The few times I have been lazy and taken my car somewhere else, I am never treated as well, and am usually told that I need to make repairs that I don't need. In short, I always end up back at Gordy so that I can get an honest assesment of what needs to be done, or so they can fix whatever it is that broke as a result of another mechanic's slopieness (like that guy at goodyear that forgot to reattach an oil line after replacing my oil filter, causing oil to spill out of the engine and my car to start smoking) Gordy is the best!
Pros: Fair Prices and Great Customer Service
Cons: In buckhead :-)

I am so glad I decided to stop by Capitol City Nissan! My lease on my Acura was about to expire. I met David Torrence, who became my salesman. He was exactly what I needed after several bad experiences at other dealerships! He was so patient while I looked at two models and really listened to what I wanted in my next car! I test drove two models and decided on a Murano. Wow, what an incredible vehicle! Had everything I wanted in features but was concerned if it fit in my budget. David and the General Sales Manager, Wayne, worked with me on a deal that I could not turn down! I was very impressed with Wayne and his knowledge of the industry! I felt that I got a really terrific deal and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to just walk in and see what they have to offer. You may just become a happy Nissan owner like me!
Pros: Willing to deal! No Pressure! Professionalism! Knowledge!
