I recently found this western store when looking for some clothes. I ended up getting 2 skirts that I love and wear all the time! The quality of them is wonderful and they were at a great price. I will definitely visit there again when I am in Denver. Pros: Lots of variety, very helpful sales staff Cons: Just a little hard to find

My husband purchased a pair of boots for me as a birthday present, they are very nice and at first I thought the fit was very good; however, after having worn them a few times, I realized they are actually a little too big. I called to see if I could get them exchanged, and that I had a receipt. They simply said they could not re-sell them and that I should try a thicker pair of socks. After I explained that the receipt stated that as long as I had my receipt an exchange is possible. They seemed very short with me, and it didn't matter that I had my receipt. I made my purchase and that was that. As I was going to say something more, the person on the phone said thank you and hung up the phone on me. Personally, this puts me off, it has always been understanding that as long as I have my receipt I can either get my money back, or an even exchange. Because she hung up the phone, I will never buy anything from them again.
