HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, EVEN FOR MY KIDS. VERY CARING AND UNDERSTANDING AND LOVING AND ENJOYS BEING WITH HIS PATIENTS. SO DONT BASH HIM, HE DOES THE BEST HE CAN AS BUSY AS HE IS TRYING TO RUN BOTH OFFICES AND SPEND AMPLE TIME WITH EACH PATIENT IS HARD.SOUNDS TO ME LIKE THIS PATIENT NEEDS TO BE WITH DR.BRIANS WIFE!! DR.MINKUS IS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER,ALTHOUGH I WILL BE LIVING IN LOUISIANA SOON, HE WILL REMAIN MY PHYSICIAN FOR THE REMAINDER OF MY LIFE, I WILL FLY DOWN TO HIS OFFICE ONCE A MONTH FOR MY VISITS. I started a new job and wanted to see a doctor for my yeast infection. Since my work commute is so horrible, I decided to see a doctor that was closer to my work place. Anyhow I found Dr. Minkus from the Blue Cross Directory and found my experience there very disappointing. When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was rude to me. Her customer service skills were horrible. When I arrived to the office for my appointment, Dr. Minkus was almost 2 HOURS late! I was so furious that I went up to ask the receptionist two times what was taking him so long. When Dr. Minkus finally came to see me, he asked me minimal questions and did not even give me a check up because he claimed that, "I am not going to give you an exam because you are wearing a dress and I don't want you to go through with the hassle." I walked out of the office furious! DO NOT SEE HIM!
