I brought my vehicle in for service that was estimated to have taken 5 days and it took over 2 weeks. I asked them to call me at several different points and they never did. I had to call and wait for someone to get back to me. The final straw for me was when damage was made in the repair process and they were trying to charge my insurance and me to fix it. They were trying to be "generous" and only charge me for 2 hours of work instead of 4.5 hours, which I would have probably paid for had my boyfriend not come with me and said that this damage was absolutely done in the shop and they didn't want to have to pay to fix it. Infuriating! As far as quality control after a repair goes, details are absolutely missed. The body panels and lights were not flush after the repair at all, so they had to go back and fix that again. After the final repair and quality control check, they didn't even plug in the tail light, so the wires were dangling and the light was out. That all being said, the work they did was fine, but this was supposed to be a very simple routine repair. Would I go there again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend a woman who has limited car knowledge to go there? Absolutely not.

It is as good as any import that cost thousands more. My salesman has a lot of knowledge and pointed out the benefits the Chevy Malibu had over other cars.

New Chevrolet Malibu Purchased in May 2008. We had a great new chevrolet malibu purchase experience with this dealership. Anyone wishing to purchase a new cheverolet should consider this chevy dealer. Although it was our intent to purchase used vs. new, our salesman took the time to walk us through the pro's and con's of each scenario. They are very "down to earth" and we will surely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
