I have given this dealership a very high score because I was greated as soon as I walked in by an associate at the front desk. She welcomed me asked what brought me in and asked me to sign in. An associate (maybe manager) then greated me and said she would get an associate to help me. the salesman introduced himself and showed me the car I wanted to see. Even though I came right at closing, he was very patient, considerate, and did not rush me. The next day I came after work to apply for financing for the difference from my trade in. The next day I was approved right away through thier Financial Service department thanks to the team working on my behalf for the best interest plan available, better than any bank had offered. That night I came straight from work to sign papers and drove off in my new car. I felt good about every step of the process at Rosenthal Chrysler/jeep.

I dropped off my minivan at Rosenthal Chrysler for an oil change and when I picked it up I noticed it was a lot cleaner and nicer smelling than I had dropped it off. I guess they saw the car seats and the three screaming kids in my arms and felt sorry :). I was very touched by this small gesture and it made my day a little nicer.

My jeep was making a ticking sound ever since i got it back from the car wash place i took it. I called Rosenthal Jeep and explained that my car was making a weird noise and i was afraid it was ruined. The service rider made my appointment and when he looked at it he said their was some moisture in the spark plugs from the water in the car was. He reassured me it was not a big problem and that they would take care of it for me. A couple hours later i got my car back and they had gotten rid of the noise it was making. I was very gratefull that they didn't take the oportunity to slap me with some insane estimate and charge me what they could. So now i don't trust anyone but these guys with my car.

My Son had been complaining that his jeep was making this ticking noise and it sounded like it was coming from the engine. I was sure that it was the belt, and that he had driven it to the ground. When I took it to the Service depeartment of Rosenthal Jeep I was thinking that this was a bad idea, cause they would charge me more than a mechanic some where else. But the service manager gave me a really good estimate and it wasn't anything major that would make my sons pull double shifts at his work for a couple months. In truth the whole thing cost less than other mechanics iI had taken the jeep to. This place didnt attach a list of all the other should be fixed items. They told me truthfully that his jeep was in excellent condition and had it back in two days.

I had asked for a quote through the internet on their website. Bernard responded quickly with a quote with my requirements,Chrysler PT Cruiser, with leather, cd, etc. I wanted a 3 year lease with 15K mile/year, and no money down. I was quoted a price within a few minutes and did not get the same treatment while shopping another dealership. We got together the next day and negotiated the details. I got what I felt was a fair deal and did not have to jump through hoops to get it with this dealership.
